IMPORTANT: THE STUDENTS WILL BE HAVING A UNIT TEST COVERING ALL OF THE MATERIAL FROM CHAPTER 7 (EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS) ON TUE DEC 2.
REMINDER: WE HAVE A CHRISTMAS DOOR DECORATING CONTEST WHICH WILL BE JUDGED ON FRI DEC 5. I ASKED THE STUDENTS TO BRING IN MATERIALS FROM HOME (E.G. SCRAPBOOK PAPER, SCISSORS, CONSTRUCTION PAPER…ETC) SO WE CAN WORK ON OUR DOOR.
I began the class today by mentioning to the students that they would be having their unit test on the material from chapter 7 (exponential functions) on Tue Dec 2. I then told the students that in order for them to prepare for the test, they should do the following questions: Pages 444 & 445 #1 to 8 & 10 to 14 – Chapter Review and Page 446 #1 to 7 – Chapter Self Test. I then told the students that I would chose questions ONLY from these assigned pages for their test. Students are therefore strongly advised to do these questions to help them prepare. I will take up any questions the students have from the above work on Mon Dec 1. Students can also email me directly at abawa@office.ldcsb.on.ca.
