I began the class today by taking up the homework from yesterday’s class on the digital projector which were the worksheets titled “Plotting Points Worksheet #1 & 2″ and “Section 5.1 – Interpreting Scatter Plots Worksheet” (I will post copies of the worksheets plus answers below). After taking up the worksheets, I then told the students I would be giving them a handout of today’s lesson which was titled “5.2 Line of Best Fit” (the students did not have to write anything down they just had to pay attention to the lesson). After going over the lesson, I then assigned the homework for the students to work on for the remainder of the period (Pages 148 to 150 #1 to 4 and the worksheet titled “Scatter Graphs”).
