I began the class today by taking up any questions the students had from yesterday’s homework. After taking up the questions, I then told the students that I would be putting them into groups to do some activities. I put up the groups on the digital projector so the students knew where to go (the students were put into groups of 4). The group activity was to help the students review the concepts from sections 3.1 to 3.3 (this is what we have done so far in the textbook). We will continue tomorrow with more group activities tomorrow. At the end of the class before the students left, I gave the students a worksheet with more review questions (we did 1a-e from this worksheet in class today during the activity). I told the students that I am not assigning this worksheet for homework but I strongly recommended them to complete it. The worksheet is titled “Review of Grade 9 Angle Properties Worksheet”.
