I began the class today by taking up any questions the students had from yesterday’s homework. There were a few questions that one student asked me to take up so I took them up on the board. After going around, I noticed that there were a number of students not completed their homework from yesterday. I told the students that I would give them one more example related to the last lesson their write (Oct 14) titled “3.2 Relating the Standard and Factored Forms (continued)”. I did the example on the board and then mentioned to the students that I would be re-assigning the questions from yesterday for homework as well as adding a few more (Pages 140 – 142 #5 – 14 – (re-assigned) and page 182 #1 – 3 (new work)). I will check homework again tomorrow. Students are encouraged to email me directly (abawa@office.ldcsb.on.ca) if they have any questions from the homework.
