Welcome Mass Holy Family Church (Revised Schedule for the Day)
I began the class today by moving the students around into a different seating arrangement. I told the students this wasn’t permanent and might have to make a few more changes until I can find something that works for the class. After moving the students, I then told the students they would be assigned a textbook. I have posted the list of names and textbook numbers in the class. Students are to use the textbooks and then put them back by the end of class. Students will NOT be allowed to take textbooks home with them. I will also post the textbook list below as well so students can write their number down.
After talking to the students, I then moved on to lesson for today which was titled “Ratios, Rates & Proportions”. I told the students that this lesson was related to the worksheet I gave them to work on yesterday titled “Ratios & Proportions Worksheet”. I gave the students an example of each type of question from this worksheet to help them finish it tonight. I told the students that this worksheet was not homework yesterday but I would re-assign today for homework and those students completed it can wait till we take it up in class tomorrow to check their answers.
