REMINDER: THE STUDENTS HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW TEST ON FRI SEPT 5 BASED ON THE REVIEW QUESTIONS FROM HOMEWORK ASSIGNED ON TUE SEPT 2. ALSO, STUDENTS ARE REMINDED TO BRING THEIR COURSE OUTLINE TO SCHOOL SIGNED.
I began the class today by asking the students if they had any homework questions. The students told me they didn’t have any so we continued with the lesson. The lesson I started with was a continuation of the lesson from yesterday titled “1.1 The Characteristics of a Function”. I did some more examples and a new definition before moving on to the new lesson for today which was titled “1.7 Domain & Range”. I gave the students a number of examples and went over some important terms before assigning the homework (page 14 & 15 #4 – 7). I will take up any homework questions the students have after the diagnostic test tomorrow.
